Generative Musical Painting
This project serves as a link between visual design, recorded music, and code. Generative art refers to design that has been created with the use of an autonomous system, in this case, with programming language JavaScript in a library called p5.js.

My goal was to create a generative design functioning as a visual interpretation of a song through color, movement and form of the shapes. This was through writing and remixing code to produce a visual based on an audio recording cover of “I Can’t Help Falling in Love.” produced by me and vocalist Gianna Zaro.

The instruments used in the recording include light strumming from ukulele, soft beats of a kalimba and powerful and dreamy vocals. The soft vocals and melody react to create a circular and colorful design overlapping as where the ukulele strumming reacts to create rigid line work. The color palette is light and overflows the lines to communicate the uncontrollable feeling the song is speaking about.

As the song plays, the program paints based on those artistic factors and technical attributes such as amplitude and frequencies, finally producing this image.

History Will Tell
I believe we can predict most situations and outcomes that will occur in the future simply by examining the past. The colored rings projecting outwards represent possible futures, and the central white circle represents history. These possible futures can be predicted by looking inwards towards our collective history.

The End
This is a depiction of the end of the earth. An alien invasion is happening, or it could be cleaning up the mess that led to our downfall as a planet. This piece is open to interpretation.

This poster is inspired by our futures not being held in by constraint. It is the idea that our futures can be whatever we want them to be, because we have the power to create.

The Future... One Big Mystery
The poster's main focal point is the bionic eye and the question mark embedded in it. This symbolizes that the future is something that one cannot fathom or "see" without questioning it. In other words, the future is just one big mystery.

AI vs Earth
Day by day artificial intelligence is becoming better, and stronger. Humans have a tendency to want to push for more, for greater results. So it is definitely possible that sooner or later AI will be able to do the same things we do.

Fading in Space
Often when I think of future I think of Space and the song Space Oddity by David Bowie begins to play in my head but specifically the line "Can you hear me, Major Tom?" at the end of the song as that line repeats and fades out. That's pretty much what I was going for, the feeling of fading out, disappearing or maybe getting lost in space.

My design is based on the way series of objects interact with one another and the innovative outcomes that are produced when a subject undergoes change. Through a variety of transformative shifts, spontaneous line manipulation, and unusual colors, my design embodies the future in that it is an unrecognizable, orderly chaos, similar to the state that lies before us.

Martian Gothic
Martian Gothic by Kyle Delaney and Nicholas S. DiNallo is a multimedia graphic. The Illustration and vector graphic, designed respectively, was created in 2020. Like a lot of art, the Martian Gothic's real meaning is in the eye of the beholder. Some see Martian Gothic as a statement supporting Martian farmers, but who are we to say... Will we even survive the Earthly Virus of 2020?
